Client Feedback – Helping Us Improve With VouchedFor
We are always looking for ways to ensure we deliver the best possible service to our clients. One of the ways we can do this is by gathering independent feedback.
In today’s world, asking for feedback has almost become part of daily life – whether it’s rating a delivery, reviewing a restaurant, or sharing thoughts on a service. Across the Purposeful Group we are using the VouchedFor system in the same spirit: to understand what we do well at and where we can improve for you, our clients.
You may have recently noticed an email from your Financial Planner inviting you to share your experience of working with us. We understand that requests like this are everywhere these days, so we want to be clear: the survey is short, light-touch, and entirely optional. Thank you so much to all of you who have recently completed this for us.
What is the VouchedFor system?
VouchedFor is an independent review platform created specifically for financial advice firms. It allows clients to provide genuine feedback, this in turn will help us maintain transparency about the quality of advice, service, and value we provide. The process is straightforward and secure, and all reviews are verified to ensure they come from real clients.
Why do we ask for feedback?
Your thoughts are incredibly valuable. Feedback helps us to:
- Show the value of professional advice through real client experiences
- Identify areas where we can improve
- Understand what we are doing well
When might you receive a request?
You may receive an invitation following a review meeting or as part of a periodic feedback request. Completing the feedback is entirely optional of course, but we are always grateful to those who take a few minutes to share their thoughts.
For your reference, the invitation will come from a new email address, so you may wish to check your Spam or Junk folders if you want to participate.
